Jennifer Jukanovich

Meet Jennifer
Jennifer brings nearly three decades of domestic and international nonprofit leadership and board experience to her role as Managing Partner of Ambactus Global Solutions. In addition, she serves as a coach and faculty for the M.J. Murdock Charitable Trust and as a co-investigator for the internationally celebrated 2020 GLOBE (Global Leadership and Organizational Behavior Effectiveness) project. She served as Vice President for Student Life at Gordon College from 2013 – 2019. Prior to this, Jukanovich lived and worked in Rwanda, where her family co-founded Karisimbi Business Partners, a management consulting and private equity firm. She has also held positions as the Founder and Executive Director of The Vine, executive assistant to the president of the Council for Christian Colleges and Universities, and personal assistant to the religious liaison for the President of the United States, and as an associate with the Renaissance Weekends. She has her Ph.D. in Global Leadership and Change from Pepperdine University, Master’s in Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary, and a B.A. in Political Studies from Gordon College. Jennifer serves on several nonprofit boards and lives with her family in the Boston area.
Dano Jukanovich

Meet Dano
Dano serves as EVP and CFO for Neurostim TMS, responsible for strategic operations and finance. After graduating from West Point at the top of his class, Jukanovich served in the military as a Senior Intelligence Officer and Army Ranger. He then went on to earn an MBA from Wharton and an MA in China Studies from Johns Hopkins. His long leadership career includes serving as Director of Finance for AT&T Wireless and Philips Healthcare. He is also Co-founder of a leading social impact private equity firm in East Africa. And his most recent role was as Chief Operating Officer for ARCpoint Labs, where he helped grow this healthcare franchise system to over $100M in revenue and 130 locations while spearheading its public listing on the Toronto Venture Exchange. Dano serves on his town’s finance committee, co-founded and is active on the board of the Boston Collaborative, as well as Asili Oils in Rwanda.
Russell West

Over three decades, West has held diverse roles—from college leadership to coaching executives and training Marine officers. Russ, a certified executive performance coach, guides healthcare decision-making in Pennsylvania and Florida. He’s active in nonprofit leadership programs, lectures at business schools, and consults for nonprofits and small businesses since 2004. Known for attentive listening and strategic acumen, West cultivates impactful teams. Beyond work, he enjoys family, equestrian pursuits, and sailing.
Abby Stroven

Meet Abby
Abby serves as the Executive Director of the La Vida Center for Outdoor Education and Leadership. Abby has over 20 years of experience facilitating experiential learning programs for organizations, emphasizing trust-building as a means of cultivating successful teams. Abby’s seven years of work with an adventure education retreat center in Ecuador, South America, has given her a unique perspective on the cultural nuances that influence team dynamics and has fueled her passion for bringing together diverse groups for a common purpose. She received her MA in Outdoor Education and Leadership from Prescott College and her BS in Biology from Cedarville University. She is certified as a Level 2 Facilitator, WMA Wilderness First Responder, Challenge Course Manager, and Advanced Skills and Standards practitioner.
Rebecca Gyra

Meet Rebecca
Rebecca Gyra is an executive with over three decades of international leadership experience in the technology and software industry. She has held positions at renowned technology companies such as SAP, IBM, and NCR Corporation, where she demonstrated a consistent track record of driving business growth, fostering strategic alliances, and leading high-performing teams across global markets. She has also held positions as Founder and Executive Director of CBSI in Hong Kong and Dubai.
She is an active board member, strategist, and advocate across diverse sectors, including commercial, education, disability advocacy, and non-profit ministries. Rebecca’s key competencies include board governance and advisory, strategic planning and implementation, strategic market development and expansion, cross-cultural communication and negotiation, relationship management, partnerships development, leadership development and coaching, and non-profit advocacy. She holds degrees in International Business and Marketing from the University of Colorado, Leeds School of Business, and Executive Business Certificates from the Wharton School of Business.
Wanda Valez
Partner – Higher Education, Intercultural Leadership, Change Management, and Strategic Planning
Meet Wanda
With over 20 years of experience in executive-level management, leadership, and team management, Wanda is an exceptional leader who inspires and cultivates productive working relationships. She most recently served as Vice President of Student Development and Dean of Students at Alliance University (formerly Nyack College), making her the first Latina executive officer at AU. She joined the AU staff in 2001 and served as the Director of Alumni Relations until 2003 when she transitioned to the Office of Student Development as a Resident Director. In 2010, Wanda became Dean of Students, overseeing all aspects of campus life including developing policies, procedures and a code of conduct for students.
Wanda’s ethnic identity and personal journey empower her to be an effective leader–on campus, in her home church, and the community. Her passion for “story” has been a driving force behind her leadership style. She believes we are most effective when we are willing to share our own stories of failures, as well as successes, to impact the lives of others. As a result, she has been influential in developing hundreds of student leaders through her gift of mentoring.
Wanda is an alumna of the CCCU Women’s Advanced Leadership Institute (WALI) and the Multi-Ethnic Leadership Development Institute (M-ELDI), where she also served as a Resource Leader. Wanda has also served on the CCCU Commission for Chief Student Development Officers and as a Commissioner with the CCCU Commission on Diversity and Inclusion. A lifelong learner, she is currently pursuing her Doctor of Ministry and has her M.A. from Alliance Theological Seminary. She and her family reside in North Carolina.
